Estée Zacks

National Vice President

Estée Zacks, MBA is a science protégé turned banker who served on the Technion Canada Endowment Committee for nine years, the Technion Canada Generation NEXT committee, and Technion Canada Council. Estée serves as the National Vice President of the Board of Technion Canada and as an active member of the Toronto Council. Born and raised in the GTA, she and spent several stints in Israel in 1995, 2000 and 2002. With lab experience from the days of the genome project (BSc Physiology and BA Psychology), she toiled in healthcare and immunotherapy before transitioning to banking. Over the last 14 years, she has been a banker and high-volume Mortgage Professional.

Events, outreach and project completion are her fortés. Her community efforts, which have spanned from UJA leadership to Habitat for Humanity service-learning and federal politics, were recognized with a Rotman Citizenship Award and three Western University Community Engagement Awards. Estée currently chairs Technion Canada’s Toronto Council.
